Planning Office - Introduction

The Town Council of Alcalalí is aware of the importance for its daily running the Municipal Planning. With the aim of improving the service for the inhabitants and the technicians carrying out works in our municipality we have decided to create a specific section in the municipal web page. In this section, which is divided in four parts, you may find the basic information that, with information purposes, and subject to changes, you will need to carry out your enquiries.

In the first part called "PLANNING APPLICATIONS" you may find differed application templates with the necessary documents you need to produce in order to commence all the planning procedures.

The second part is called "PLANNING RULES". It includes most of the national, autonomous and local applicable rules and it will be a great help.

In the third part, called "PARTIAL PLANS" you will find the specific rules of the plans being executed in the municipality as well as the cartography.

Finally, the fourth part is called "CARTOGRAPHY", and includes the plans for classification and qualification of the land and the roads, alignments, etc.

The Technical Municipal Services can be consulted Wednesdays from 12:00 p.m. to 14:00 p.m. with the Municipal Quantity Surveyor and it is not necessary to arrange an appointment. You may consult the Municipal Architect on Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m. to 13:30 p.m., but you must arrange an appointment on the telephone number 96-648-20-24.
